- Delivery area
The Seller proposes the delivery of the products on the whole of the French metropolitan territory, Belgium and Luxembourg.
- Carrier and mode of delivery
The delivery is carried out by the COLISSIMO service of the company LA POSTE.
- Delivery times and delays
The delivery times are indicated on the product sheets.
In case of delay of delivery, the Customer can :
Put in residence the Salesman to carry out the delivery under a reasonable time, by email at the address: [email address]. The Seller will deliver the product within this new deadline or, after this deadline, will proceed to the refund of the order within 14 days;
To request the cancellation of the contract, if it is obvious that the Seller will not make a new delivery or if the delivery date is an essential condition of the order, either because the Seller has been informed of it or because it results from the circumstances of the conclusion of the contract.
- Delivery costs
Delivery costs are to be paid by the Customer.
- Receipt of the order
The order is delivered to the address indicated, without the Customer's signature.
If the Customer is not present to ensure the reception and his mailbox cannot contain the package, the order will be stored in the nearest post office for 15 calendar days. The Customer will be informed by a notice in his mailbox. He will be able to recover his order by presenting himself with an identity document at the indicated address.
6.3 Risks and damages
The risks of loss or damage are borne by the Seller, until the Customer takes physical possession of the order.
The Customer shall check the condition of the package and the products upon delivery. In the event of a damaged or incomplete order, it is the Customer's responsibility to express reservations on the delivery slip, and to refuse the delivery by stating the reason on the delivery slip.
The reservations must be written with precision. The Customer is invited to take photographs of the order.
In the event that the Customer has signed the delivery note without reservation and that he/she nevertheless notices, after opening the packages, damaged or missing products, he/she shall notify the Seller within thirty-six hours (36H) following receipt of the order by e-mail to the customer service at the address: contact@mpemontessori.com
The Professional Customer undertakes to confirm his reservations for damage and partial losses by registered letter addressed to the carrier within three days, not including public holidays, following receipt of the order.
6.4 Orders not delivered due to the Customer
If the Customer does not collect the order from the school or the post office within the time limit, the Seller shall refund the price of the order less any expenses incurred.
